1. Who we are

ReKick (“we”) is a beta marketplace operated by Aradhana Tripathi, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, where people list and find pre-owned sports shoes. We are an intermediary: we do not own, inspect, buy or sell the shoes listed.

A “Verified” badge means only that the listing’s photos and video were captured live in the app and that the seller declared a condition grade. It is not an inspection, cleaning, authenticity check or guarantee by ReKick. “ReKick Certified” is a planned, separate paid service; no listing is Certified during the beta.

2. Beta

This is a test version. Features may change or stop, data may be reset, and the service may be unavailable. Please don’t rely on it for anything important. Tell us about problems at siddhartha.nitie@gmail.com.

3. Who can use ReKick

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law. Parents may list shoes their children have outgrown; children should not create accounts. One account per person; keep your sign-in secure.

4. Listings

• Photos and video must be taken live in the app of the actual pair you are selling. Don’t use other people’s photos.
• Choose the condition grade that honestly matches the pair (see the grade guide on the About page) and describe size and defects honestly. Price is in Indian Rupees (₹) and set by you.
• Not allowed: counterfeit/replica goods, stolen goods, anything illegal, items other than footwear, misleading listings, contact details used to spam.
• Please clean pre-loved footwear before handover, and mention any repairs or defects in the listing.
• You keep ownership of your photos and text, and give us a licence to show them on ReKick to run the service.

5. Buying, paying and handover

During the beta, ReKick does not process payments. Buyer and seller agree on the price in chat and pay each other directly (for example by UPI) when they meet or before delivery. Any delivery booking shown in the app is a test feature unless stated otherwise. Meet in a public place, check the shoes before paying, and never share OTPs, UPI PINs or passwords. The contract of sale is between buyer and seller; we are not a party to it and cannot refund payments you make to another user.

6. Conduct

Be respectful in messages. No harassment, hate, fraud, spam or sharing other people’s personal data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we act on valid notices under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the condition, authenticity or delivery of items, or for losses arising from dealings between users. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; we will show the new version and ask you to accept it.
